  • Facilitated Group Supervision offers you the opportunity to explore what arises within you as you accompany others within a community of fellow directors. Directors of all experience-levels welcome. These small groups of 5-6 individuals commit to meeting monthly for a year.

    Cost: $40/session

  • These 50-minute sessions are an investment in your ongoing development as a spiritual director. Together we create an intentional space to explore your experience within sessions so that you can grow in your awareness, skillfulness, and freedom with your seekers.

    A free introductory session is offered to explore this option.

    Cost: $85/session

  • Workshops offer the opportunity for you to deepen your learning as a spiritual director.

Supervision with Nicki:

I approach supervision primarily as providing a space where you have an opportunity to notice what was touched within you during a specific spiritual direction session, and then tend to it in a way that enables you to return to that spiritual direction relationship with ever greater freedom. In addition to supportive reflection, I may also invite in some somatic work or parts work to the extent that you are open to it. I do ask that you do some reflection before our session. You are welcome to use any session reflection form that you are familiar with and find helpful, or I can offer a few different options for you. Supervision is also an appropriate place for you to seek consultation or explore your identity as a spiritual director.

I have an M.A. in Theology from the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, CA with a concentration in Social Theory and Ethics and a certificate in Women’s Studies in Religion. I also hold an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, WI. I trained as a supervisor at the Siena Retreat Center in Racine, WI where I now have the privilege of serving as the Director of the Spiritual Guidance Training Program. I am also part of the training team and a supervisor for the Compassion Based Spiritual Direction program offered through the Center for Engaged Compassion, which integrates Internal Family Systems into spiritual direction. I have been supervising spiritual directors since 2018.
